Mr. Kuo is the co-founder of the Company and undertakes major responsibility in leading the Company for - on-going commercialization operation, necessary market access to regulatory authorities and channels, and incorporation of commercial team. He received bachelor degree from Department of Business Administration, National Taiwan University, and specialized in Strategy and Marketing. Prior to Eir, he co-founded BalDr Strategic Consulting – a pharmaceutical market research & consulting company, and led the company reaching top-3 research house in Taiwan. Across his prior career, he was the professional business consultant in major pharmaceutical research companies, including IQVIA and Ipsos with strong focus in primary market research, market access, and pricing strategy.
Winson Liu,
Chief Financial & Operating Officer, Co-founder
Mr. Liu is the co-founder of the Company and takes full initiation in - setting up thorough operational system of a new company, investors relation & engagement, leading proper stewardship in Finance & Accounting. In his interim responsibility, he also undertakes full leadership in product development. Mr. Liu obtained both Bachelor and Master of Business Administration from National Taiwan University with highest honor. Prior to Eir, he co-founded BalDr Strategic Consulting – a pharmaceutical market research house, and was the Finance Manager of Procter & Gamble with top-tier performance. Beyond Mr. Liu’s solid focus in business operation, he is also a professional programmer in various programming languages, and excels in optimization modeling & algorithms.
